The owner David is gem. As a woman, handling auto repairs, im always nervous about getting taken advantage of, he made me feel incredibly comfortable, explained everything and the team did a wonderful job, very quick on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Highly recommend. I had my battery replaced. I will be going back for my next servicing/oil change.

The best! I needed a lot of work done on my 2016 MINI Clubman S after having it serviced by other mechanics, I found this place on Yelp. The reviews do not lie. My car was leaking coolant, hood latch was stuck with half the hood up, and it rattled like a marbles being tossed in a barrel. Needless to say it needed a lot of work. I dropped it off on a Friday and was given an estimate for it being done by Wednesday the following week, they finished it a day early. I am so happy I brought my car here. It runs like its brand new. Everything was fixed and the guys here are professionals. They communicate with you with every step and get permission before doing any work, so that you're aware of the estimated cost and how long it will take. Richie is super nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my car, very polite to me and my so with special needs. David was super helpful in explaining everything that was being done to my car and when I wasn't sure about a service, he explained why it was needed. I did end up paying a good amount, but that's because Mini is basically owned by BMW and their parts are expensive. Even with that, the price I paid was more than reasonable and would've cost

After taking my car to this shop for an oil filter housing replacement and paying a significant amount in cash, I experienced a check engine light and severe engine shaking the very next day. When I brought the car back, they kept recommending additional expensive repairs without any clear explanation or guarantee that the problem would be resolved. I eventually took the car to a BMW dealership, where they identified the real issue: the ECU was damaged because the wiring harness had not been properly protected, allowing coolant to get inside. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop. Poor workmanship and lack of proper diagnosis led to further damage and unnecessary money spending.

Was gifted my fathers 17 year old, 64k mile one-owner Mercedes which has a ton of sentimental value for me. It had some deferred maintenance to take care of. MB Manhattan quoted $7k in repairs - some necessary some not. Richie from BKM picked up the car and took it to the shop, they recommended more repairs than Mercedes did and did it for just above 1/2 the cost of the MBM estimate. 10/10 experience - they will service this car for the next twenty years.

2019 Audi s4 This review is long overdue. Intake Install, Exhaust install, Springs you name it. Even a full service and filter change! Gary and rest of team are easy to communicate with and very responsive with before and after pics while you are not there. Feels like you are being treated right If you have M, Audi Sport or Amg and are hesitant bring it to BKM. Price is fair and install is on point. All boxes checked off!
